We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, results-driven, and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Sales Executive at the Cronulla Sharks.
This role is part of our Commercial team, reporting to the General Manager of Partnerships and Hospitality.

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building relationships with potential sponsors, creating customised sponsorship packages, and negotiating terms and pricing to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Selling sponsorship packages by prospecting potential sponsors, generating new leads, and handling enquiries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship budget
- Identify and prioritise potential sponsors based on their fit with the Sharks goals and target audience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective sponsors by providing excellent customer service and communication
- Create custom sponsorship proposals and presentations that are tailored to the sponsor’s needs and interests
- Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sponsorship sales and marketing
- Attendance at home Games as required
Skills and Experience include (but not limited to):
- University Education
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales focussed role
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to pitch and close deals effectively
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
