Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator & Digital Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on both traditional and digital marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Digital

  • Development and implementation of a Marketing Plan for Easts Group entities.
  • Develop and execute a digital content strategy across social media platforms (Facebook, lnstagram, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedln).
  • Manage and update the Brisbane Tigers website with news, fixtures, merchandise, and sponsor content.
  • Work with creative agencies and external suppliers to execute content on behalf of the Easts Group entities.
  • Attend game days, training sessions and community events to gather content for Easts Group channels as required.
  • Reporting of monthly audience and engagements statistics for all social media platforms, website and livestream channels. With month-to-month comparisons shown.
  • Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, media release, news articles and other EDM pieces, ensuring consistency of delivery.
  • Preparation of coordination of Media Conferences and interviews.
  • Establish great rapport and working relationships with all local media and be the point of contact for all media.
  • Assist with the production and scheduling of other advertising mediums such as radio and TV.
  • Design marketing materials, graphics, and promotional assets for digital and print and ensure all marketing content aligns with Brisbane Tigers' brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities – Merchandise

  • Manage stock levels on all merchandise items and order new stock as necessary
  • Maintain the online tigers store so that it remains up to date with the latest items
  • Fulfill online orders and post them via Australia Post, ensuring that there is shipping bags available
  • Handle any walk-in merchandise customers during the week, when available
  • Advertise merchandise items on social media
  • Manage organisation of merchandise storage room/shop display

Key Responsibilities – Game Day & Events

  • Develop and implement social media strategy for Games Day and Events.
  • Creation of artwork for games days including but limited to, scoreboard, games day booklets.
  • Assist with game day and events preparations and set up as directed by CEO, BDM or Football Operations when required.
  • Capture game day through video and pictures to engage our online audience
  • Identify commercial opportunities with game day promotions.

Key Responsibilities – Administration

  • Answer the reception phone and email to provide information to customers
  • Work with affiliate clubs to provide assistance with creative work
  • Undertake project support tasks, assist with compiling briefing notes, reports, presentations and assist with general marketing tasks as required.
