The role
We are seeking a highly ambitious, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable coach who is looking to develop a team of motivated swimmers who compete at State and National levels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching success, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of advanced swimming techniques, training methodologies, and race strategies.
The Swimming Coach - Competitive Squad will support the strategic development of all swimming programmes as we establish Pymble as the leading swim centre in Australia.
This role will involve early morning and afternoon sessions, some weekend work as well as participation in Swim camps.

Our kind of team member
You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
- Minimum Advanced Swimming Coaching License or the willingness to obtain
- Development of and coaching experience with National Age Group competitive swimmers
- A collaborative style, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic approach to coaching with the ability to unite and empower young athletes
- Desirable Degree in Sport Science (or underway with completion by 2025/26)
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
