An exciting opportunity awaits within Maroondah Leisure as we seek an exceptional candidate for a 12 month Parental Leave position of Operations Manager.
Role and Summary Statement:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, reporting directly to the Leisure and Aquatic Facilities Manager and Manager Aquahub/CMP.
You will be entrusted with overseeing the management of operations at Aquanation, Aquahub, and Croydon Memorial Pool - key pillars of our community.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you'll lead, develop, and train a team of Operations Coordinators, Operations Supervisors, Duty Managers, Lifeguards, and Cleaners. Your leadership will shape the future of our operational excellence.
