We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team within Maroondah Leisure as a Full Time Duty Manager.
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and united staff member who is organised, professional and has great initiative.
You will need demonstrated experience in:
A supervisory role within an aquatic facility including a sound understanding of aquatic operations
Leading, managing, and coaching team members in achievement of team and organisational goals and objectives.
Day-to-day pool operations including plant room operations and maintenance, water quality control, commercial pool filtration and disinfection, facility programming, customer liaison, resources management and quality control.
Understanding of effective operational policies for facilities and activities related to aquatic programs including Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources and Quality Management.
A High-level interpersonal and communication skills and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external facility stakeholders
Has a wide range of availability to work a span of hours including weekends
