There is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Team at Maroondah Leisure.
The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading the Operations Supervisor/s, Duty Managers, Lifeguards and Cleaners.
The Operations Coordinator ensures that all staff are well trained and qualified to provide services that are safe and that meet the professional service delivery standards of Maroondah Leisure.
You will need to:
provide leadership, development and support to the Duty Manager, Lifeguard and Cleaning teams
foster and advocate a positive workplace culture
assist with the ongoing maintenance of the facility and pool plant in particular
ensure safety standards are always practiced and is seen as a number one priority
oversee the day to day operations
work in conjunction with the Operations Manager to oversee building/equipment maintenance, asset management, financial management
educate and train staff on the OHS and emergency management procedures
oversee and keep up to date with maintenance items
