The Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Experience and Sales team at Aquanation.
This role reports to the Customer Experience and Business Development Manager, and will coordinate day-to-day customer experience operations, including memberships, and administrative functions.
The main focus of the role will be the implementation of strategic plans to create positive customer experiences, acquire memberships, and drive retail income growth across all Maroondah Leisure and Aquatic Venues.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will need to utilise online customer information tools and corporate systems to deliver exceptional results.
