Are you interested in becoming a Para Powerlifting Technical Official?

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Para Powerlifting Technical Official.

The sport of Para Powerlifting is looking for individuals who are interested in gaining qualifications to become an accredited Para Powerlifting Technical Official.

Technical Officials in Para Powerlifting competitions have responsibilities to ensure the competition is run fairly and within the rules. A Technical Official requires good observation, leadership, confidence, and communication skills. Being a Technical Official is a deeply rewarding way to contribute to Para Powerlifting.

To become a Para Powerlifting Technical Official you will need:

1. A strong understanding of paralympic sport
2. An interest in gaining knowledge of the Para Powerlifting Rules and Regulations as well as the roles, responsibilities and skills of the Technical Officials.
3. Be available to attend a Technical Official Level 3 Certification course to be held on the Gold Coast 3 and 4 July 2025. (All travel and accommodation costs to be covered by PA)
