Here’s what you'll be up to:
Set the Scene - Help get everything ready by setting up and packing down the venue. From arranging courts, signage, and shade to making sure the water stations and equipment are just right - you'll be the backbone of the event!
Team Up with the Pros - Work alongside our Event Managers and help with the behind-the-scenes action, like liaising with the venue, topping up water stations, and keeping the day running smoothly.
Sporting Sidekick - Help track and manage sports equipment, lend a hand with competition managers, and support the team with the sport-specific tasks that make the games happen.
Stay on Track - Assist with scoring, timekeeping, and updating online results - you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everyone in the loop.
Show Off the Swag - Lend a hand with merchandise sales and sponsor activations. Who doesn’t love a souvenir or two?
Celebrate the Champions - Be part of the excitement by helping with medal presentations! You’ll prepare medals, carry the trays, and even hand out the awards to our deserving winners!
Get Moving - Some tasks may involve light lifting and getting a bit active, but don’t worry, you’ll be supported every step of the way. This is your chance to be a part of something special while having a great time.
