Description

Provide administrative support to the TCNAI’s operational positions and the management of all the association’s registrations and accounts. You will require a high level of initiative and enthusiasm including well developed communication skills to manage numerous priorities that will enable the successful delivery of the association’s objectives.

  1. Administratively support the operations of the Association by supporting the Operations Manager, Board, and sub-committees 
  2. Manage the association’s registrations, including Club affiliations, Netball Connect administration, all accreditations, and Working with Children requirements. 
  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable and report on the Association’s financial operations. 
  4. Manage canteen stock ordering and other items required for the effective running of the association
  5. Respond to queries via different media forms including phone, social media, and face to face. 

Essential Requirements

  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Advanced user of relevant accounting software/s - Xero
  • Intermediate Microsoft suite experience especially with Excel
