Shore is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Swim School Administrator to assist in the smooth running of the Swim School. Shore Swimming provides swimming lessons for boys and girls from 6 years of age with the aim of strengthening their swimming skills in preparation for the squad swimming program. Reporting to the Head of Swimming and working with a team of coaches you will have an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that will help shape the direction, structure, and management of the swim school.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Shore Swim team. You will have the opportunity to help build culture and a successful, cohesive team, one that invests in students from 7 years of age right through to elite level, providing pathways towards high performance swimming.

Your enthusiastic and positive attitude coupled with your high-level administration skills; will see you succeed in this role.

Employment Terms:

Monday - 9:30am-2:30pm
Tuesday - 9:30am-2:30pm
Thursday - 9:30am-2:30pm
Friday - 9:30am-1:00pm

We are also open to candidates who prefer to work afternoon shifts from 1:00pm-6:00pm.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience working in an administration role, swim school experience is preferred however not essential
  • Solid experience working with Microsoft programs
  • Senior First Aid & Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
