About the Role
As our Ecommerce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our online product catalogue, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, improve conversion rates, and implement best practices in SEO and digital merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Catalogue Management: Oversee product listings, pre-orders, promotions, and content updates across all online platforms.
- Customer Experience Optimisation: Enhance search functionality, product pages, checkout processes, and overall website usability.
- Content & SEO: Craft compelling product descriptions, optimise content for search engines, and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Website Performance & Visual Merchandising: Monitor analytics, update website banners, and refine merchandising strategies to improve user engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Support marketing initiatives by integrating eCommerce strategies with broader promotional efforts.
- Website Development & Troubleshooting: Assist in implementing new features, troubleshooting Shopify issues, and enhancing site performance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and average order value.
- Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and sales teams to align eCommerce strategies with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or apparel.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, including troubleshooting and functionality optimisation.
- Experience in SEO & website development is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to monitor site performance and user behaviour.
- Excellent writing skills for product descriptions, marketing copy, and SEO content.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of image editing and website UX/UI principles.
