Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager - Sydney Sixers, in this role you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all Sydney Sixers consumer products
• Articulate and manage the Sixers brand positioning to create a distinctive market position and competitive advantage
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage existing programs and create new opportunities
• Collaborate with the Consumer team to develop and manage the strategy for membership, ticket sales and other consumer growth initiatives
• Lead the Sixers Marketing team to develop, execute and integrate campaigns across club channels
• Develop and execute a participation marketing strategy designed to convert participation into fandom

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and brand campaigns
• Ability to lead a team and foster a high-performance culture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
