The Director or Pathways role focuses on developing and implementing high-level support systems and structures to create a consistent elite pathway for amateur athletes to progress to top 100 rankings, major championships, and Olympic champions.

Reporting to the State Manager and Head of Clubs and Facilities - SA, the Golf Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the South Australia office, governance, and board requirements, as well as the delivery of the national strategy within the state.

The High Performance Finance and Governance Business Partner is responsible for overseeing financial management and ensuring compliance with governance standards to support the high-performance program's strategic objectives.

Responsible for the delivery of the education-sector component of the Australian Golf pathway, and its associated program and products, as well as working with Golf Participation Managers in each state branch - as well as non-one Golf states - to ensure strong take-up of these initiatives nationally.
