The State Manager - Clubs, Participation & Pathways spearheads the Surfing NSW sport strategy across New South Wales, with a strong focus on supporting boardriding clubs thrive, driving participation, innovation and overseeing owned and 3rd party events.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will support Surfing NSWs mission to connect and expand the grassroots surfing community. This role focuses on developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy, maintaining consistent brand positioning and fostering community engagement through digital & social media.

The Physiotherapist role within the Surfing Australia (SA) High Performance Program works as an integral part of our Performance Support Team, supporting Australian athletes to become the world’s best surfers and people.
