Are you passionate about swimming and dedicated to helping others develop their aquatic skills? Menai Swim Academy is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learn To Swim Coordinator to join our fun and talented team.

As the Learn To Swim Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all learn to swim and school programs at Menai Swim Academy. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth running of our eight-stage program for children 3 years and older, which allows progress from basic to complex skills at an attainable rate.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

• Oversee student progression and program effectiveness
• Implement safe, professional, and well-organized Learn to Swim lessons
• Continuously evaluate and improve our swimming programs

Staff Management

• Supervise and train swimming instructors
• Create and manage staff rosters
• Provide ongoing support and professional development for team members

Administrative Duties

• Handle class scheduling and student placements
• Manage facilities and equipment
• Perform general administrative tasks

Community Engagement

• Maintain involvement with local schooling and sporting communities
• Liaise with parents and address any concerns or feedback

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in swim instruction and program coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Working with Children Check
