As a Duty Manager Coordinator you:
Love being part of a dynamic team and inspiring others with your leadership and customer service approach.
Are passionate about the wellbeing and safety of our members and can demonstrate a commitment to WHS and current facility & aquatic management regulations and reporting requirements.
Work well within a team but can also call yourself a self starter.
Can work early mornings and evenings. Weekends as required.
Are tech savvy and have experience rostering utlising RosterElf or an equivalent package.
Comfortable acting as the Chief Warden and have expereince managing emergency evacuations.
Have experience training staff and managing maintenance requests.
