Northern Suburbs Basketball Association Inc (Norths Basketball) is a community-based not-for-profit sporting association with a North Shore history extending over forty years. With over 5,000 registered playing members and an award winning management team, the association aims to build a community renowned for its sportsmanship providing opportunities for everyone to participate in basketball.

The role
Full-time - Flexible Days (Five days per week)
Supporting the Stadium Experience Manager, this role is front-of-house and customer facing.
Think of it as the afternoon/evening manager at a hotel. Only the hotel is a basketball stadium filled with players, parents and spectators.
The focus is on making sure our customers have the best experience possible while they’re here. This includes how they are greeted, the stadium’s condition and ensuring our environment is safe and inclusive. It also involves processing front desk transactions and supporting our Basketball Operations team with basic enquiries.
Days and hours: 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM, five days per week. The role is full-time but we’re flexible on the days you work. Want to work one weekend shift and four weekday shifts? All good. If you’re feeling this role, let’s work together to make it happen.

*Previous basketball association experience is not required, but a love for the game is.
