A bit about us
Our story starts here: nsba.com.au
Northern Suburbs Basketball Association Inc (Norths Basketball) is a community-based not-for-profit sporting association with a North Shore history extending over forty years. With over 5,000 registered playing members and an award winning management team, the association aims to build a community renowned for its sportsmanship providing opportunities for everyone to participate in basketball.
Our team gives us their most precious possession every single day, their time. Our respect for that value exchange is what we count on to keep everyone inspired and happy. Everyone at NSBA is completely their own person, but we’ve noticed that all of our people do have one big thing in common – they all have an inner voice that keeps them focused on doing what’s right, always, for each other, our customers, collaborators and our community.
The role
Casual - Multiple Shifts / Flexible / Good for Uni Students
Our Stadium Experience Crew is a group of outgoing, highly responsible legends who help customers in our stadium. They are customer facing and look after the stadium mostly from the front desk.
This is similar to the front desk team at hotels. They’re always looking for ways to help.
The focus is on making sure our customers have the best experience possible while they’re here. This includes how they are greeted, the stadium’s condition and ensuring our environment is safe and inclusive.
Processing front desk transactions is part of the job and we love it when you support our Basketball Operations team when they need some help solving a problem.
*Days and hours are flexible. Basketball experience is good to have, but not required.
Who we are looking for

With a flexible start date, this role is perfect for uni students who have a keen interest in sport.
*Previous basketball association experience is not required, but a love for the game is.
