What You’ll Do

• Lead high-energy group fitness classes that cater to all fitness levels.
• Design and implement engaging and effective workouts aligned with LYFE HQ’s philosophy.
• Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that builds a sense of community among members.
• Monitor participants’ progress, providing modifications and encouragement as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold LYFE HQ’s high standards of service.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (Cert III in Fitness or higher).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Experience in a variety of fitness modalities (e.g., HIIT, strength training, or functional fitness) is a plus.
