Join a dedicated team of aquatic professionals, as a Learn to Swim Instructor, where you will play a pivotal role in sharing your passion of teaching and water safety, whilst ensuring swim instruction standards are maintained in compliance with Austswim/Swim Australia/Royal Life standards.

About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality swimming lessons to our students promoting water safety awareness and building students’ swimming capability
- Teaching all levels of Learn to Swim, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students enjoying our Learn to Swim Classes
- Providing motivation and positive feedback to students and parents
- A passion for Water Safety and excellent swimming technique
- Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about swim teaching (just like us!):
- A current Working with Children Check
- Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher or RLS Swim teacher Licence
- A current CPR Certificate
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be a true team player - demonstrating open and effective communication

- Package: Salaries from $56,839 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (Salary paid pro-rata to part time hours worked).
- Hours of work: Permanent and temporary opportunities available. Part-time opportunities available, from 6 hours per week, with opportunity to flex up additional hours as required. Candidates must be available as rostered over a 7-day spread at various Leisure Centres (including Sutherland, Caringbah and Engadine Centre locations).

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
