We offer:
- Permanent full time, thirty-eight (38) hours per week.
- Commencing salary of $3,420.28 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,104.34 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (11.5%).

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and deliver a wide range of tennis programs, competitions and private coaching to facility customers and members.
- Management and on-going professional development of casual tennis staff and coaches ensuring compliance, appropriate training and qualifications, and alignment with Tennis Australia and Council objectives.
- Oversee the customer service, café and event operations of the Jim Elphick Tennis Centre clubhouse ensuring a quality customer experience.
- Ensure regular and proper maintenance of Jim Elphick Tennis Centre equipment and facilities including implementation of maintenance schedules, audits and reporting and escalating issues as required.
- Conducting and rostering staff to individual and group training sessions in line with leisure facility programs, schedules, and timetables.
- Contributing to social media content i.e., videos, posts, photos etc. for all tennis related programming and competitions.
What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Tennis Australia Certified Coach Status.
- Qualifications relevant to the role e.g., Certificate III or IV in Aquatics & Community Recreation, Diploma of Sport, and Recreation Management or equivalent.
- Current CPR Accreditation.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- NSW Working with Children Check Clearance.
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Substantial experience in tennis operations and management, program development, maintenance schedules, audits and reporting and effectively leading a team.
Desirable:
- Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach (Level 2).
- Performance Business Professional (Level 3).
