We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Coach to join our team on a casual basis!
What You’ll Do:
Deliver the program in our engaging, high-energy group fitness sessions.
Provide personalised coaching and support to members of varying fitness levels.
Demonstrate and ensure proper exercise techniques and form.
Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals.
Assist in setting up and packing down equipment for sessions.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness during sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
A certified fitness professional (Certificate III/IV in Fitness or equivalent).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
A passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt sessions to accommodate diverse fitness levels and abilities.
Prior experience in group fitness coaching is a plus, but not essential.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
