About The Role
The Squad Coach is responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, leading practise sessions, and fostering a strong sense of team unity.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coaching, a deep understanding of the sport, and the ability to inspire and motivate. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to athlete development.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced coach who is eager to contribute to the growth of our athletes and the overall success of the team.
- Proven experience in coaching, preferably at a competitive level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Knowledge of the sport's technical and tactical aspects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive team environment and will have a keen ability to engage with swimmers of various skill levels, helping them to develop their talents and achieve their individual goals.

- Package: $62,916 - $66,690 (FTE) gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (paid pro rata to hours worked).
- Hours of work: Permanent Part-Time 6 - 8.25 hours per week. Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread (Monday-Sunday).
