ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen at Knox Grammar School Sport and Aquatic Academy for a permanent Aquatic Supervisor. The role is full-time, with availability across Monday to Sunday, with working weekends as a requirement.
The Aquatic Supervisor will be responsible in supporting the Learn to Swim (LTS) Program and Customer Service Manager for ensuring the expectation of the commercial Learn to Swim (LTS) program meets the highest possible standard. This involves the implementation of the program, as well as assisting in the training and development of aquatic staff. It also includes assisting in the facility function and assistance with the Prep School swimming program.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working in an aquatic environment
- Current Austswim or Swim Australia certification
- Lifeguard qualification
- Pool Operations or Pool Supervisor qualification
- Austswim Assessor
- CPR & 1st Aid
- Experience in school swimming programs including delivery of training
- Experience managing teams preferably within a swim school environment
- Competitive Strokes Certification
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
