Quantum CM Solutions incorporates the management of Exclusive Residents Clubs throughout Victoria.

We have been in operation coming up to four years and currently manage nine clubs across suburban Melbourne. These clubs incorporate a gym, pool, tennis court, function room, cafe and meeting room facilities for over 20,000 residents.  

We have high expectations around any new employee working through and meeting a Team Values Alignment process as well as meeting the position skillsets. 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Resident communications & support
• Pool Testing and Pool Plant Management
• Gymnasium - supervise and assist residents as required
• Functions - assist residents with a function room tour and booking of events
• Daily Building Checks / Weekly Checks / Monthly Checks
• Risks and hazard management including meeting OH&S requirements
• Ensure ongoing operation of all equipment and facilities
• Initiate and run community events & activity programs
• Regulatory Compliance
• Abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Support the Club Manager
