ABOUT THE ROLE:

Body Fit Training coaches are the face of our business!  They are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical to the growth of our member base from making members feel welcome the moment they step into our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.  BFT trainers will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times... and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere!

This isn’t your average coaching gig. As a BFT Coach, you’ll be:

  • Bringing next-level energy to every session and creating an unforgettable experience.
  • Guiding members through cutting-edge group training programs, backed by science and designed to deliver results.
  • Tailoring exercises and advice to all fitness levels - from newbies to seasoned athletes.
  • Becoming a vital part of a community that sweats together and grows stronger every day.
  • Keeping the studio buzzing with great vibes and ensuring everything’s running like a well-oiled machine.
  • General day to day cleaning of the studio 
  • Pack Up/Set Up of sessions 
  • Plus more!

What Makes You Our Perfect Fit?

  • Cert IV in Fitness (or higher) and current First Aid/CPR certification are your non-negotiables.
  • You’ve got charisma, killer communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Energy is your superpower - you light up the room and motivate everyone around you.
  • You’re adaptable and ready to coach across early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • You know what it means to be a team player and thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • You are more then comfortable speaking in front of 30-40 people at a time.

ABOUT YOU:

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GROUP TRAINING
  • Highly motivated
  • Outgoing
  • Energetic 
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people's lives
  • Customer Service/Member engagement skills/experience 
  • Punctual 

HOURS

  • Mainly PM & SATURDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE
  • Casual position
