ABOUT YOU

  • Accredited Physiotherapist or Osteopath
  • Experience in a private clinic setting
  • Demonstrated success in sports rehabilitation and performance
  • Keen understanding of biomechanics
  • Proficient knowledge of sports testing data collection, interpretation, and    application
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence and experience in exercise programming and delivery
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • Genuine commitment to person-centred care
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Interest in contributing to and being part of a small team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and diagnose a range of sports-related injuries and conditions
  • High-Performance Rehabilitation: Mange the clinic during the week by delivering our Sports Rehab Program
  • Injury Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent injuries and build strength and resilience in athletes
  • Develop and execute personlised treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education an advise on injury prevention and performance enhancement
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Generate and maintain accurate financial clinic records petaining to but not exclusive to incoming and outgoing memberships to the rehabilitation program.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with our team and community sporting partnerships to ensure a sealess transition from rehabilitation to performance
  • Establish Trust: Foster trust and confidence among athletes by demonstrating unwavering support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Preferred experience in sports coverage and acute injury management
  • Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • First Aid certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
