The role is responsible for the operation and administration of competition events, Volleyball ACT (VACT) tournaments, School competition and engagement events, and to provide support to the General Manager, to ensure event operations are planned, managed, coordinated and delivered in a timely, efficient and commercial manner.

This newly created role will be a hybrid of administration and active coaching, taking the lead on all technical aspects of Volleyball WA's Performance Pathways program. This position will play a key role in developing the Volleyball WA Academy to be launched in 2026.

The National People and Culture Manager is a pioneering position within Volleyball Australia, leading both VA’s internal needs and the broader networks. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with the sport’s vision and goals.
