The Participation Officer is responsible for driving the administration of Australian Taekwondo’s participation programs including those developed under the PlayWell strategy. The role plays a key part in AT's goal to get more people participating in Taekwondo & providing opportunities to those already involved in the sport to develop their skills.

The National Engagement Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Australian Taekwondo’s members. The role’s responsibilities span across the areas of the organisation’s activities which have a key focus on member satisfaction and engagement including events and communications initiatives.

The Head of Community plays a critical leadership role within Australian Taekwondo (AT), leading areas spanning membership, governance, participation and events.
