We’re looking for an ultra-organised go-getter who loves community sport and is keen to develop their sports administration skill set. This role is perfect for a graduate and focuses on improving the experiences of members who are part of the Representative and Development Programs at Norths.

Our Stadium Experience Crew is a group of outgoing, highly responsible legends who help customers in our stadium. They are customer facing and look after the stadium mostly from the front desk.

Supporting the Stadium Experience Manager, this role is front-of-house and customer facing. Think of it as the afternoon/evening manager at a hotel. Only the hotel is a basketball stadium filled with players, parents and spectators.

Norths Basketball is seeking a senior customer service manager who has experience leading a small front-of-house team. The role is also responsible for the scheduling of venue maintenance and bookings as well as our food and beverage sales. This position is part of our senior management team.
