We are seeking a driven Events Coordinator to assist in the growth and development of this world class events program within the sports and recreation industry!

The Performance Systems and Paralympic Partnerships Branch, plays a critical role in driving Australia’s High Performance 2032+ Sport Strategy (Win Well Strategy), with a dedicated focus on leveraging the strategic partnerships within the high performance sport system and enhancing Paralympic sports outcomes.

Facilitate, consult and/or personally deliver medical services to WPA’s high performance athletes and coaches (both the men’s and women’s programs) in a manner which contributes to the achievement of WPA’s performance targets and strategic goals.

Bowls Australia are excited to start the search for an Education & Training Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality learning and development opportunities for members of the Bowls workforce to help Bowls become the sport of choice to volunteer, coach or officiate in.

Lead and manage both the Strategic objectives and National Technical direction of the National Performance Pathways Program within Water Polo Australia’s High Performance Unit.

Lead the development and delivery of performance support plans, systems and processes with an underpinning philosophy of performance health. You will lead, manage, influence and mentor performance support staff, contractors and NIN partners to ensure alignment to WPA’s HP Strategy and foster collaborative, multi-faceted, high performing teams.

Lead the development, planning and execution of an integrated and holistic wellbeing system, aligned to WPA’s HP Strategy for all categorised WPA athletes and support staff.

The role focuses on enhancing athlete and coach development within the pathway (from club level upwards), organising training and competition opportunities, and delivering technical development for both athletes and coaches across each state and territory.
