The Head of Events (Mountain Bike and CX) is responsible for managing the development and delivery of AusCycling’s Mountain Bike and Cyclo-cross portfolio.

Working as part of the AIS Performance Pathways team, you will provide strategic support to National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) and the National Institute Network (NIN) to optimise the talent identification and development of Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games athletes to facilitate medal-winning performances in the future. 

The AFF operates a Nominations Committee which is a formal sub-committee of the Board with the purpose to ensure that there is a robust approach to Board governance matters, identify and assess candidates to fill Director vacancies and manage aspects of the election/recruitment process. This role is for the Independent Chair of this Committee.
