Softball Australia is seeking an innovative and results-driven National Strength & Conditioning Coach (NSCC) to join our elite performance team on a 12 month contract (Honorarium).

The BA Member Services Manager is a new position created to lead the setup and management of a national database and provide onboarding and ongoing support to states, territories and clubs. The database will provide access to much needed badminton data to help make informed decisions and grow badminton participation and stakeholder engagement.

To develop State Institute/State Academy based High Performance Network (HPN) Coaches with the purpose of creating the best possible pathways and pathway programs for athletes and coaches. In addition, ensure that transitions from domestic to pro-cycling domains are done in an informed fashion.

This role will take the lead in driving & delivering the Para Powerlifting strategy for LA 2028 & beyond, ensuring a bold and impactful path to success.

Reporting to the State Manager and Head of Clubs and Facilities - SA, the Golf Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the South Australia office, governance, and board requirements, as well as the delivery of the national strategy within the state.
